1. General Information

Baskin Robbins India is a part of Graviss Foods Pvt Ltd.
This program applies only to participating Baskin Robbins parlours and excludes: Multiplexes, Airports, select Malls, select Shop-in-shop stores, select food court parlours (For a complete list of excluded stores, refer to the periodically updated list here).

2. Eligibility & Participation

A purchase is counted when a transaction is successfully recorded against a registered mobile number in the Baskin Robbins parlour POS system.
A visit is considered valid when a purchase is made with a minimum bill value of ₹150 (excluding GST).
The program is valid for one year from the date of the first purchase or until 15 purchases, whichever occurs first.
Daily Purchase Limit: A maximum of one purchase per day is counted, even if multiple transactions are made during the day from the same registered number across different stores.
Purchases will be tracked only based on the specific registered mobile number used at the time of billing. Multiple registered numbers cannot be combined.

3. Rewards & Redemption

OTP Verification is mandatory when claiming offer at 2nd visit & Free reward at 5th, 10th & 15th visit.
No minimum bill value is required for redemption visits i.e. 5th, 10th and 15th visit.
When a free reward is redeemed at visit 5, 10 and 15, it will be counted as a visit.
All rewards are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and will not be extended. The validity period is clearly mentioned in each reward message.
Free rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

4. Ineligible Purchases

The following transactions will not be counted in the program records:

Purchases made via online platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit etc.).
Purchases made on baskinrobbinsindia.com.
Transactions made using Baskin Robbins Vouchers/ BR Money/ Coupons/ GYFTR/ Vouchergram/ MagicPin or any other gift cards, promotional value cards, or full-value discount cards.
Cancelled or refunded transactions.
Transactions where a 31% discount on 31st of every month has been availed.

5. Additional Terms

Purchases may take up to 24-48 hours to be recorded in the system.
Baskin Robbins reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time without prior notice.
Any fraudulent or suspicious activity may lead to immediate disqualification from the program at the sole discretion of Graviss Foods Pvt Ltd/Baskin Robbins India.
The company’s decision on all matters related to the program shall be final and binding.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Rewards Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
